At American Built Communities, we are committed to helping hardworking individuals and families achieve the dream of homeownership. Our $5,000 grant program—funded through key HUD (Department of Housing and Urban Development) initiatives—has helped low- to moderate-income families overcome financial barriers like down payments and closing costs.

Due to recent policy changes under the new administration, several HUD programs that supported this grant have been discontinued. As a result, our $5,000 grants are no longer available at this time.

We understand how impactful this change is for the families we serve. We are actively seeking alternative funding sources to continue this important work and remain dedicated to our mission.
